“When I first came here I had terrible pain in both shoulders and both elbows, as well as low back pain and a mild constant headache. The pain in my shoulders and elbows were really affecting my work as I am a heavy equipment mechanic. My left elbow and arm were almost a hindrance more than a help because could not lift much of anything. I really thought about changing occupations because the pain was getting intolerable.
I tried medicines for inflammation of the joints and tried treatments for tennis elbow. I started to wear a tight fitting elbow brace to help with the pain. My left elbow is really coming along now and I can lift and carry with it now.
