At our office we take the health of our patients and staff and their families very seriously. Like you, we are monitoring developments in the COVID-19 crisis very closely.
As an Essential Service provider under both the Homeland Security guidelines and the governor’s executive order, our doors are open and we are caring for our patients, We adhere to strict protocols for safety and hygiene. This includes:
😷 Wearing masks: All staff will be wearing protective masks. We ask that all patients bring a mask and wear it during their visit. We will make masks available for patients who need them.
🚶♀️Patients will be escorted to a treatment room as soon as one is available to minimize the number of people in the waiting room, where chair spacing has been greatly increased.
🔎Tables, cushions, item trays, the checkout tablet, pens and armrests will be disinfected between each patient.
Magazines have been removed, the coffee maker is out of service to reduce shared touch surfaces.
Door handles, faucets, counters and bathrooms are disinfected at frequent intervals through the day.
🚗With the exception of patients who are minors or adults who need physical assistance, we ask that any persons accompanying a patient wait in the car or return at the end of the appointment to pick the patient up, without entering the office.
We are here if you need us during this trying period.
❤️ Be safe and well,
-The GentleBay Staff
